Service provider within the Transidic network
This service allows individuals, specialists, consultants, freelancers, entrepreneurs and organisations to participate as approved subcontractors within the Transidic network. Subcontractors may be assigned opportunities, projects or service delivery responsibilities identified, coordinated and facilitated through Transidic AI.
- Registering as a service provider carries a fee of US$1, paid through Paynow by EcoCash, OneMoney or card. Transidic Startup Studio (Pvt) Ltd reviews my registration only once the payment has cleared.
- I voluntarily agree to participate as a subcontractor within the Transidic network and allow my skills, experience, qualifications, competencies and capabilities to be considered when identifying suitable solutions for client requests.
- Transidic AI may analyse client requests and identify suitable subcontractors based on expertise, qualifications, experience, availability, complexity of the request, required capabilities and other relevant considerations.
- Where my capabilities are considered suitable, Transidic Startup Studio (Pvt) Ltd may engage me to assist in delivering solutions, services, projects or assignments to clients within the Transidic network.
- All assignments, scope of work, deliverables, timelines, compensation and applicable terms will be agreed between myself and Transidic Startup Studio (Pvt) Ltd before any work begins.
- I may earn income by successfully completing assignments, projects or services allocated to me through Transidic Startup Studio (Pvt) Ltd.
- Transidic Startup Studio (Pvt) Ltd acts as the coordinating organisation responsible for managing client relationships, opportunity facilitation, project coordination, quality assurance and overall network operations.
- Any information, documentation, solutions, reports, designs, recommendations, analyses, processes, models, improvements, deliverables or other work products specifically created, developed or contributed during assignments facilitated through Transidic Startup Studio (Pvt) Ltd remain the intellectual property of Transidic Startup Studio (Pvt) Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- I retain ownership of my pre-existing knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and materials, provided that such information was not created specifically as part of an assignment facilitated through Transidic Startup Studio (Pvt) Ltd.
- Information, skills, experience, qualifications and professional details I voluntarily provide may be stored, analysed and used by Transidic Startup Studio (Pvt) Ltd to improve opportunity matching, maintain my subcontractor profile and support future assignments.
- Participation as a subcontractor does not guarantee assignments, income, continuous work or future engagements. Opportunities depend on client demand, suitability, performance, availability and successful delivery outcomes.
- I agree to provide accurate information regarding my skills, experience, qualifications and capabilities so that Transidic Startup Studio (Pvt) Ltd can evaluate and allocate suitable assignments.
- I may receive confidential information relating to clients, projects, business opportunities, technologies, processes, systems, strategies and other proprietary information belonging to Transidic Startup Studio (Pvt) Ltd or its clients. I agree to treat such information as confidential and not disclose, reproduce, share or use it except for authorised delivery of assigned work.
- Opportunities, client relationships, project information and business engagements facilitated through Transidic Startup Studio (Pvt) Ltd form part of the Transidic network. I agree not to bypass, circumvent or directly engage clients introduced through Transidic Startup Studio (Pvt) Ltd to avoid its involvement, fees or contractual arrangements.
- I agree to comply with all confidentiality, intellectual property protection, payment, subcontractor obligations and non-circumvention requirements applicable to my participation within the Transidic network.
General terms and declaration
These terms support responsible data management in line with the principles of Zimbabwe's Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07], including informed consent, lawful processing, purpose limitation, transparency, accountability, security safeguards and protection of personal information.
- Participation in the Transidic network is voluntary and based on informed consent.
- Information collected will only be used for the purposes described in these terms and related policies communicated by Transidic Startup Studio (Pvt) Ltd.
- Transidic Startup Studio (Pvt) Ltd will take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect participant information and reduce unnecessary disclosure of personal data.
- Participants may be assigned encrypted identification numbers to improve privacy and security and reduce unnecessary exposure of personal information.
- Information may be stored and processed using secure cloud-based technologies and digital systems for the purposes described in these terms.
- Participants may request updates, corrections or changes to their information, subject to applicable operational and legal requirements.
- Participants may withdraw from selected services at any time without prior notice by telling Transidic Startup Studio (Pvt) Ltd.
- Where a participant withdraws, Transidic Startup Studio (Pvt) Ltd will take reasonable steps to stop future processing of information for the withdrawn service, except information required for legal obligations, contractual commitments, dispute resolution, security purposes or legitimate business records.
- Withdrawal does not remove obligations relating to confidentiality, intellectual property protection, non-circumvention, payments due or other obligations that by their nature continue after withdrawal.
- I confirm that the information I provide is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge.
- Creating an account is free. Listing a startup costs US$10, then US$10 a month to keep it listed. Submitting a service request, registering as a service provider and asking to join a startup each cost US$1. Every fee is paid through Paynow.
- Each US$10 listing payment keeps a startup listed for one calendar month and includes a dedicated Startup Manager who walks the founder through each stage of building the business. If the next month is not paid, the startup stays listed for 7 more days, then leaves the public pages until it is paid. Nothing is deleted.
